How long will it take to get my order?

Do you offer express shipping?

We currently do not have this option online. The courier service we use generally have packages delivered anywhere between 1-4 business days (up to 6 days for rural areas). For any urgent orders please contact us via email perfectlittlethings@outlook.com.au

How can I choose my font?

The font used on your item/s can be chosen from the fonts page. If you'd like to have another font printed, please indicate this in the checkout notes and we will do our best to accomodate. We will contact you via emnail to discuss

Do you have a shop or showroom I can visit?

No, we don't. We are an online based store only

Where do you ship?

We ship Australia wide using a variety of couriers through the Sendle network. 

My order has arrived damaged and/or incorrect, how can this be fixed?

If you recieve a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us via email within 48 hours: perfectlittlethings@outlook.com.au. If you fail to contact us immediately within this time frame we may not be able to assist you. Please refer to our returns policy
