Shipping policy

We will always endevour to have all orders completed in a timely manner. Generally, orders are sent out within a week of being processed. Some delivery delays may occur due to the current COVID-19 situation. If there is going to be a delay with your order, you will be notified via email. 

We will always use Sendle as our preferred shipping courier for all orders. Generally, once your order is processed and sent, it is recieved within 2-6 business days (up to 10 business days for rural and country locations). During peak times (eg: Christmas) please allow an additional 1 week for all orders to be processed and then delivered. 

Please allow 2-4 weeks for any large orders or orders containing more than 5 items. If you have an urgent order, please email us at perfectlittlethings@outlook.com.au prior to checking out as we may be able to assist you.
