We generally only print first name on the lid. If you wish to add surname and/or mini cross, please indicate this in the cart notes before checking out. 

Unfortunately we are NOT able to ship - PICK UP ONLY of this product due to the delicate nature of the box.  By nature, the acrylic box may have some slight imperfections and/or scratches but this should not be considered a fault.
